Delivery Policy
Once your registration is complete you will print your tickets off your computer and bring them to the event. South Fork Homestead, Inc will scan the tickets at the gate.
Returns/Refund Policy
All ticket sales are final. No refunds will be issued. Tickets may not be transferred.

Terms and conditions In these Terms & Conditions, the "Organiser", us our or "we" means immediate live (the trading name of Southfork Homestead inc or Homestead Freedom Festival) shall mean the event, exhibition, Festival or show printed on this ticket.

Tickets to this event are issued on behalf of the Organiser live and subject to the following terms and conditions.
1. Nobody will be allowed admission to the festival without a valid ticket or pass.
2. For the safety of the people at the festival, the venue management or the organizer reserves the right to refuse admission, or and conduct security searches if deemed appropriate.
3. Tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded after purchase, and note that any duplicate tickets cannot be issued under any circumstances.
4. In addition to the ticket price your order may require payment of card fees per ticket, a transaction fee per order and or other fees.
5. Please note that any fees and or translation fees are not refundable in any circumstance
6. Defaced or altered tickets or passes will become void and the holder will be refused admission.
7. Tickets cannot be resold for commercial gain we have reason to believe that tickets have been resold they will be invalidated and the holder will be refused addison.
8. We may restrict the number of tickets sold to a maximum number of people.
9. The Organiser reserves the right to alter or vary the content or timing of any part of the festival in circumstances beyond its control without any obligation to make any refunds or exchange any tickets.
10. Neither the organizer nor the venue o-perator will be responsible for any loss, damage, death or injury, however caused unless the revenant party has breached its legal obligation.
11. Entirety of the festival will take place outdoors. Regardless of weather conditions, there are no refunds for bad weather at indoor or outdoor events. We strongly advise that you come dressed appropriately for an outdoor event.
12. The organizer does not accept any responsibility for any loss or damage to self or property to or from the festival.
13. Visitors may be filmed, photographed or sound recorded for broadcast, publication or security purposes while at the event by the organizer and our trusted sponsors.
14. It is a condition of your admission to the event that no commercial (non-Private) use may be made by you of the event or any part of it.
15. Please check event details and timings and route prior to traveling to the festival.
16. Please check your route prior to traveling to ensure you arrive on time, the organizer is not responsible for any delays due to travel disruptions.
17. Video and sound recordings are not permitted in the festival grounds and performance areas of the event, unless written permission by the organizer.
18. As in accordance with the law visitors under the age of 21 are not allowed to purchase/ sample alcoholic drinks.
19. All ticket sales are final and nonrefundable.
